What are Processes?

These processes ensure that the non-negotiable goals are visible and accessible to all stakeholders.

There is a shift from “I am told to do” to “I make my own choices.”


Choice and Voice - Planner: Incorporates learnings from Multiple Intelligences( MI), Teaching for Understanding (TFU), Bloom's Taxonomy,  and Differentiated Instruction (DI).
